Customer of 20+ years..called to get help with our senior cat who was near the end of his life...desk staff was very cold and unhelpful...said they were booked up all week...no compassion or empathy...seems new management does not care about its pet patients or their owners☹

We took in our old cat 🐈 who was having difficulties breathing. We knew there was little if anything they could do. They provided very compassionate service in the loss of our dear pet. It was our first visit there

Pet Medical Center of Duncanville provides fear free vet care. This was very helpful to us as our senior rescue boy was exhibiting many fear behaviors and snapping at the vet we used to use. We spent many weeks visiting the PMCOD and our dog made a lot of progress with social visits, a weigh in each time, and a short session with his wonderful technician Jade Olivia Kaylor. Sadly after all was said and done he was diagnosed with mast cell cancer of the nose. We highly recommend Dr. Fuller and her staff.
My husband and I lost our precious cat, Deni, last week. We just want to express our gratitude to Dr. Fuller and her wonderful staff. We didn’t expect the follow-up call or the condolence card. We’re simply impressed how you take care of our fur babies and how you care about us. Thank you so so much.
