We dearly love Dr. Stratton and Dr. Pribil! They’ve been treating all four of our babies for about five years now. They can always squeeze us in for emergencies, they’re friendly and helpful every time we call or go in, the office is clean and cute, we *never* have to wait in the lobby, they help us file insurance, and they never forget to call and check up when we’ve been in for a visit. Spent 32 minutes on hold this morning. Called back and was put back on hold before I could ever get a word in with whoever was answering the phone. My cat has an emergency, and you have lost our business with all 4 of our pets.
I absolutely love the staff and doctors here! I’m a graduate student, so my funds are relatively limited BUT I chose to try this place because my dog was having terrible allergies, and their website said they can help with that. At pervious vet clinics, I ran into the issue of them not taking me seriously and telling me to just switch my dog’s food. Oh my word. The staff took me 100% seriously, listened to ALL my concerns and we worked together to find a solution to my dog’s allergies. It took about four months, but we got a... read more
I recently took my 12 year old poodle, Eaton, to get his teeth clean and extractions. The office staff made it easy and comfortable! Dr. Stratton was amazing!! He assurded me that Eaton did great and made sure everthing that needed to be done was taken care of. It was like Dr. Stratton knew my baby! I will be bringing my babies here for everything in the future!
I took my moms dog here in the summer while she was on vacation. It was an emergency situation. We’d never been here, we saw Dr Harmon. She was the most compassionate vet I’ve ever met. I will never ever use another vet now. I live in Norman and will drive to Edmond to see her for my own pups! The other day my own dog got some kind of sore in his armpit and I was panicked about it.
