When I called Pet Kare Clinic with a concern that my neutered cat was having trouble urinating they were direct, saying the cat must be brought in immediately for tests. When I got to PKC I learned that some male cats can be "blocked" which can be fatal. My boy was fortunate to only have a bladder infection. He was treated and I brought him later that evening. I am so glad I did not delay in calling PKC, and I appreciate how swiftly they handled a potentially deadly situation.
We are really blessed to have great veterinary care in this valley, and Pet Kare leads the way. Not the cheapest vet office, but they are very caring, have wonderful vets, and up to date facilities. Having an AAHA approved hospital is really important as well. Thank You Pet Kare!!!

Compassion and caring is the best way to describe this clinic. We were visiting the area for the weekend when our old cat took a turn for the worst and sadly it was time to say goodbye. Our dearest friend Amy Tweety recommended the clinic she work at, so we drove into Steamboat and were greeted by such caring professionals from the front desk to Dr Susan Colfer D.V.M herself.
