RecommendedI just love Dr. Andrews & how she interacts with my 3 Mastiffs & all 3 of my furbabies like her.
Why schedule appts at 8:00 in the morning and won’t open the door for customers. Than try to come back and see your kid try to open door and ignore her wait until we walk the dog to unlock the door and say your to late.
Dr Andrews and her staff are amazing! I recommend them to everyone!
Besides being outstanding medically, they are kind and caring, not just the doctors, but the staff as well.
Just wanted to say how amazing Dr.Candice Andrews, Patti and the staff are at PHC. I called after 4:30pm on a weekday with a Pet Emergency and they rushed us in and were so sweet and loving to Morning, our cat. They kept him comfortable and did everything possible to make him better over the course of a few days. Dr.Andrews called with updates throughout the day, unfortunately he was just too sick to make a recovery. On August 5th my moms Maltese was attacked my mom immediately contacted Dr Andrews and met her at her office. After Dr Andrews assessment of She found that his Trachea was shredded in half and he needed surgery immediately. Dr Andrews recommended that my mom take him to a specialist or she could do the surgery. Dr Andrews was unsure at that time if he would even survive with the surgery. Butcher chop shop. Cuts and no call. Great at making a Shih tzu look like a Chihuahua! No thanks!
For the first time in 24 hours our pup wagged her tail. She's been sick and so lethargic but as soon as she interacted with any of the staff here she lit up. That says everything. They took care of her and she will be better in no time. Thank You all so much! Athena says hi too!
