RecommendedWe have always been given excellent service from the clinic staff and drs. They treat us and our fur babies with love and respect. I always appreciate their honesty in telling me the truth of what my babies need and the way they say it with compassion when the news is hard to hear.
I've only had to bring animals in a few times so far, but each time has been very pleasant. I've found their prices to be competitive with others around the valley. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. They're all very kind to our cats, it's obvious that they actually care about animals there. I appreciate the level of service we've received so far, we will continue to use this vet's office the cats, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others.
This vet does not care. I called to have my dog seen at the end of their work day. It was a sudden onset illness that I could not transport to Yakima. Another vet even told me I should go to a vet in town it was that much of an emergency. And they refused. They were still there but refused. I am thankful another vet was able to see her, from out of town. I will never go to or recommend this vet.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU! I called several vet clinics this morning in regards to my dog being hurt and everyone just told me they couldn't see her and didn't even ask what was wrong...BUT you guys did, and we're able to find a spot in your very busy schedule to get her in. I appreciate how quickly the entire appointment went since I had 2 littles with me, but at the same time was not rushed. I have found our new vet! Thank You guys!
