My Girls Love Marcel We have been going to Marcel for the past 8 years she is wonderful and my Girls (3 Japanese Chin - rescue dogs) love her. She does a great job, very accommodating and patient with them.

If you love your pet DONT TAKE THEM HERE! I recently took my cat to Marcells Pet Grooming in Rio Rancho, NM. When picking my baby up, she failed to tell me that she cut a large gash into his rear thigh. All she said was that she had to muzzle him because he was growling and tried to scratch her. Now I know why he was acting this way. The flesh was cut about the size of a dime off the back of his leg. Now I must go to the vet for stitches and antibiotics. Shaving I had my cat shaved for the summer. I 've would have never belieive that my cat would have reacted the way he did. He was so mello and comfortable for the summer. He absolutely loved it. A friend recommended it and I will have him shaved every year from now on. I very highly recommend this pet salon.

Excellent Groomer! I've taken my dogs to Marcel for over 10 years. What I like most is she always keeps them for just 1 hour no matter what condition their coat is in. She does charge for matting but that's to be expecting. I've been happy with everything she's done and I usually watch my dogs to see if they are afraid of her or don't want to stay when I drop them off and I've never seen any of that in my dogs.
