Hacked my dog, told me dog was to Matted, when in Reality he just needed a Little work. We are not New to the Process and without seeing dog Before Cut, Owner Jason Insisted dog was cut Appropriately. Would not Compensate me even though we clearly stated not to shave and keep dogs beard.Groomer didn't want to spend the Time. So much Easier to Shave the dog. I was present at the time Tari dropped off dan. As captain I at the front station and unfortunately Bo had not been groomed here at Sissy’s in six months he is a cockatoo and therefor requires routine brushing to maintain his hair here at Sissy’s we are not afraid of hard work althiugh we do not practice in humane brushouts or painful Demating at Sissy’s. I have a 5 year old dachshund (Slinky) who hates his nails done. Jason did an amazing job with my little boy and had him done in no time! Slinky's nails were the best I've ever seen them and he smelled and looked so good! I will never go anywhere else -- Slinky will now come here every 3 weeks (or so) to get his nails done and once every month/every other month (depending on how stinky Slinky gets) for a bath. Thank you, Jason you're awesome!
Let's start off by saying thank you. I was able to get in same day I called. Ghost looks great. The bandana bow was the cutest. A fun final touch. We will be back for sure :)
I'm so pleased with the service we received today. I called just yesterday as we couldn't get in to our regular groomer. The gentleman on the phone was so friendly and professional. My dog Sparky is very nervous with grooming and although Erica apologized because she felt his cut could be better I think he looks great. He's just a sweet old boy and she did a fantastic job considering his many limitations. Thank you Sissy's! �
The team at Sissy's did an amazing job in getting my dog groomed! He had gotten into some gross stuff and they did a wonderful job getting him back to his fluffy wonderful self!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!
