We recently had a bad experience at a different pet store. That other store gave us mis-information which resulted in my son's beta fish being attacked. My son was quite upset but his fish pulled through and is doing well. Tonight we went in to purchase neon tetra. We were greeted promptly. We were given very helpful advice. The service was spot on. I love pet friendly! I brought my dog piper for the second time to Alanna to get groomed. Piper looks so happy & clean! Hamed is a great owner, very kind and personable! I drive from irondequoit, and will be bringing her for every grooming for her whole life!

I just love this place everyone is very friendly and I have my dog Steve groomed there by Alana she is awesome. My dog always looks great!!!
I've had the pleasure of talking frequently with the aquatic specialist/manager. She is a pleasure to talk with and incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to a novice and expert aquarist.
