Wow , I just purchased a home in Hilton and was looking for a place to groom my fur baby and get stuff for my fish and lizards and who has been nothing but helpful and very happy to help me?? Pet friendly!! That's who I called a place within walking distance and nothing!! So sad for their loss!!! Thank you pet friendly will see you again very soon!!

Pet Friendly's staff have been across-the-board attentive, knowledgeable and truly care about their customers, human and non-human alike. I come here for both of my Pets' needs: a turtle and a puppy. If they don't have it, they'll order it, and their advice has always been spot-on. Puppy class was invaluable and we look forward to continuing with Basic in the fall. I can't recommend Pet Friendly more highly. Two thumbs WAY up!

Love the staff. So knowledgable and helpful. I foster for Keller's Kats and we do adoption events there, they are so accommodating and always treat us so well. Never had trouble finding a product there. Hesitate to buy fish anywhere else to stock my 3 fish tanks. Never steered me wrong on fish either.
Our very active aussiedoodle has been going to Pet Friendly's doggy daycare for a couple of months now. She originally went to a different day care where they said she would get "over stimulated", so they would regularly put her in a crate for "time-out". We decided to try Pet Friendly, and we couldn't be happier with their service and treatment of our pup. She comes home happily exhausted after a day of play. We're glad we made the switch to Pet Friendly!
