Convenient and nice place to get pet stuff They carry a good variety of food for all kinds of pets, except fish. They are kind and knowledgable. They even had calcium for my Tortoise. No organic pet food though. PROS: CONS: No organics
Very disappointed with Pet Food Depot... After shopping at Pet Food Depot in Palo Alto on El Camino for over twenty years and buying canned dog food for 3 dogs, every other week, I am very disappointed and will never shop at Pet Food Depot again. I bought a product that only when I got home I discovered it had gone bad. The owner would not refund or replace item, would not let me finish a sentence, raised his voice at me and slammed down my items on the counter and took them away as if he wouldn't sell them to me. They've lost my business permantently I won't go back there. The location is convenient for me which was the only reason I shopped there: the experience usually ended with an unnecessarily long checkout. My last trip there, however, will truly be my last: The owner was unaccountably rude and attempted to bait and switch. Great selection and prices Great products and prices. The food they carry is only the best quality. Prices are much cheaper than the big chain stores. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly.
Pet Food Depot - Palo Alto I have been buying supplies for my dog at Pet Food Depot for the past 3 years. They offer a wide selection of pet foods at reasonable prices. They also have a varied selection of other items, including grooming supplies, and even pet clothing! They are conveniently located on El Camino so it is easy to stop by on the way home.
Great selection of premium food and products for your pet Their store on El Camino near Fry's is crammed with pallets of alll the high-end and healthy foods for your pet, as well as all the toys and accessories you need. I especially like that there is usually a cat or two lounging on the counter by the register.
