My dog is epileptic when he was first diagnosed his monthly meds were $15 a month after a couple of months it went to $30 a month and they said oh it was a computer glitch it was supposed to be $30 I went in today to pick them up and now it is $72 a month and the canned answer was oh gee it was a computer glitch it was always supposed to be that amount. Not only was the Google response a denial of me contacting them, they claimed to have refereed me to an emergency vet. Which they did not, they attempted to schedule a recluse bite on my 7lbs Chihuahua a week from the date I called, it ended up infected and I took him to an emergency vet at midnight that same night after being told by these people that it wasn't an emergency. Everyone is so nice at the vet and take extra steps to make sure my cat is calm and not scared.
Great staff, vet never appears rushed, perfect service. So happy we have this vet clinic in our area, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
