RecommendedVery positive experience. We are out of state traveling in RV. Cat got sick. Called 4 vets who had NO available appointments. Pet First gave us an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor Taylor and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced also.
By far, the worst vet I have ever been to. I brought my cat in for a check-up and to have routine bloodwork done. They took her to the back room where I could hear them working on her but not see. It took a long time so when the vet tech brought her back I asked if there were problems. My poor cat looked like she'd been put through the wringer--which is completely normal. Some of the nicest vet techs who truly care and love on your animals big and small. Both vets are amazing with all my dogs. I won't go anywhere else in Bradenton.
Alfie has been coming to Dr.Taylor for 8 years now.....as he’s Gotten older he has gotten fearful and tends to be a bit aggressive.........but the staff a Pet First are so kind and caring....and It amazes me that Alfie never once has been fearful of them...he takes his shots,exams, and what have you like a pro.......I know it’s because Dr. Taylor and his staff are so calm and at ease with him that it doesn’t put him in that state of mind .......thank you Dr. Taylor and staff for making our vet visits pleasant.COCO THINKS SO ... read more
My oldest kitty Myah went off her food (which happens around once or twice a year.) I’ve only been in Bradenton a little over a year, so wasn’t sure where to take her. Glad I picked this one. The clinic got her in the day I called, a very caring staff. Dr. Taylor and his assistant were patient with Myah’s crankiness and handled her gently. Will definitely be making him our new vet.
They are very caring and friendly and they thoroughly explain everything you need to know about your situation. Very accommodating when you have to call them and ask questions. They don’t act like it’s just a job. That always makes a pet owner feel better knowing that the employees and the doctor himself, Dr Taylor, really care about our animals. I would recommend them to anyone
pet first animal Hospital is great the staff is wonderful and very compassionate when I had my last pet in there she was very dehydrated and we needed to put her down and the staff was very empathetic to me about that I would recommend them to anybody I won't take my pet anywhere else I've been a customer since 2006 and won't go anywhere else.
