I’m really disappointed with the service from this branch in Main Square. I brought my guinea pig there hoping to find out the actual cause of his illness, but they didn’t even have the proper swabs/tests available to check him properly. Most of the consultation felt like they were just asking questions and making guesses based on symptoms instead of doing thorough diagnostics. Last April 16, 2026, our four(4) month old Shitzu puppy was accidentally swalled a sliced of uncooked carrot and clogged to his throat and choked. He was not able to vomit it also since he is only a puppy. We panicked and brought him to the nearest clinic since its an emergency and every minute counts. For context, we went there way back 2025, may request kami from other vet na need magpa ultrasound ng aso ko kasi may blood sa wiwi. For the procedure lang naman sana kaya kami pumunta sknila, however, we were charged 1500 (referral fee) kasi may request daw kami at hndi sa doctor nila nagpa check up. Ok naman ung result— comprehensive, detalyado, nakalatag lahat ng organs na chineck sa ultrasound. We paid 2500 for the whole abdomen UTZ. Huwag niyo na subukan. Unprofessional doctor and unprofessional staff. Price is too much without any goof outcome. Sayang lang pera niyo, mukhang pera lang tong vet na to and walang respect sa clients nila. Check other nearby vets may mas malapit and mas maganda. Sasama lang loob niyo dito.
