The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable of things that your pet would need. They know your pets by name. I have been going there for about 19 years and I will never go anywhere else. I always will shop local instead of going to the big box stores. To me they are more interested in your pets instead of your pocketbook. Unlike Petco who are more interested and your pocketbook.
