They were patient, kind, and did a really nice job. You can tell they care about the animals, not just getting through appointments. My pet looked great and seemed relaxed afterward.
Since Crystal has left I haven't got the exceptional service. They don't clean Jets ears completely so he is getting more yeast infections and today they didn't make Jets and Angel's next appointment.. I miss Crystal.
My dogs and I love Pet Envy!! They always do a great job. We have been going there for years. The staff is amazing with my pup babies. I feel confident that when I drop them off they are going to take great care of my dogs. I have family members who drive from out of town to bring their pups here too because they are so good. They also have great communication and are very felixable with appointments and scheduling. Thank you Pet Envy!
