I have had nothing but good experiences at Pet Envy in Tulare. They are courteous, kind to my pets, very accommodating and make sure they explain to me and listen to everything I ask of them. We have been going there for years and have had nothing but good customer service.

Took my cat here last year and i deeply regret taking her there. If you love your cat dont ever bring them here. They agreed to have my cat groomed even though their staff are not TRAINED for it! And i knew about this AFTER they did a really bad job on her. Told me she had a lot of matted hair. So what they did was just shaved her bald on few spots and left her long hair untouched. I have been taking our shin tux here for years but when I picked Bella up at her last appt I wanted to cry. It has got to be the worse grooming job ever. She went I. Looking like a shin tzu and I picked her up looking like a sick rat. I cry every time I look at her. They told me she had a lot of matted spots and had to shave her in spots which they did. I wish I could give negative stars on this one. Paid over $100 for my dog to look like a cut his hair myself. He wasn't clean when I picked him up. His haircut looks like a 5 year old did it. We asked for his head to be groomed a certain way and they did the complete opposite.
