I took my dog here my dog was still dirty and shaved him even though I told them just a trim
That company isn't the same anymore since the previous employee left and started her own business, The Dog House Grooming in Tulare! And to top it all off, they've raised their prices insanely. The girl at the front desk is a liar. I called to ask the price and she told me $65 for a small Yorkie. I told her I wasn't a new client, and then she said she'd give me a 10% discount. I have had nothing but good experiences at Pet Envy in Tulare. They are courteous, kind to my pets, very accommodating and make sure they explain to me and listen to everything I ask of them. We have been going there for years and have had nothing but good customer service.
