Feces in kennels , my dog smelt horrible after groom and it took six hours! not clean at all there is pee and poop in the front room . They don't ask for shot records , my dog got Sick and I had a $300 vet bill . Do not go to pet envy!

I'm not showing any records of your or your dog being in at pet envy. What is your dogs name. Are place is clean we clean and sanitize every single day and All kennels are clean. We do ask if your animal is current on all shots
They were wonderful with my little Molly! Super great and patient with her as she doesn't like the groomers very much. I will for sure be taking her back in to see them.

I am rating Pet Envy as a less than a 1 as Kinzie did a horrible grooming job on my girls and lied to Kathy about it (as Kathy told me), and Kathy has done nothing but made one excuse after another as to why she cannot come to my home since June 22 after promising almost daily she would be here. She has stood me up 6 times now and used a ton of excuses why she didn't make it. Today Saturday July 8th 2016 she was going to come at 11 am, no sign of her and did not even have the courtesy to call me. How Rude and Unprofessional!... read more

Guess what things come up I'm not not a mobile groomer.. Get the hell off my page you have been kicked out of a lot of groomer places. Now I totally understand... I don't want too hear anything out of you. You want a mobile groomer go pay the price
Took my terrier in for and I quote " A hair cut and leave his beard," they call us to pick up Toto and say he is ready to be picked up. They are ancy when we get there (we didn't know when they closed) Toto is military style buzz cut with a fluffy tail, no beard, cut nails unfiled, so he scratches now, SO PISSED. And they said he was a handful, charge us 37 bucks for a shitty job and I have never been more disatisfied with a grooming service in my life. My dog is unrecognizable.
