We just had to put down one of our cats Puff. Everyone was so considerate. The entire process was top notch. As soon as we walked in and said why we were there they immediately escorted us to a nice private room, we didn't have to sit in the lobby filling out paperwork. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted with Puff before and once we were ready we were able to hold him in our arms as they did it.
