My dog Ty needed emergency bowel surgery. He is 2 months shy of 15. Dr. Brian Thomas did his surgery in the wee hours of Sunday morning. Ty was slow to recover, but the entire staff and physicians were always kind and considerate of a mother whose dog is her child. 8 days after surgery, Ty began to eat small meals and is progressing nicely. I highly recommend this emergency center to get your sick pet back to normal. Barbara Brown
had one of the worst experiences of my life at this Emergency Center I am a foster with saving Sage animal rescue I came in on Sunday the 21st of July with a kitten that had double pneumonia of course we didn't know it at the time but the kitten had labored breathing I sat there for a long time waiting for the vet to come in probably around 25 minutes to half an hour with a kitten that was crashing when the vet finally did see the kitten he left the room said they would work up a quote meanwhile the kitten continue to deteri... read more
We found an orange kitty, barely alive, whimpering in our bushes at almost 6 pm. Our regular vet advised us to get the cat to a hospital based on our description of the kitty's condition. We've never been to Pet Emergency Center but have a very favorable impression how they reacted to this situation. Sadly the little guy was near death and Dr. Kaiser let us know putting him down was in the cat's best interests. The clinic was spotlessly clean. Glad to know this facility is within 10-15 minutes from our home and we can bring ... read more
Went there Saturday after Thanksgiving and the Dr. was not in. Really! The receptionist was rude and annoyed when we insisted she page the Dr to come in. She stated the Dr. had an emergency. Sure......probably a pecan pie emergency. At any rate we waited 30 minutes and the Dr. did not show so we left and went to another emergency center. Will not recommend this place. Very disappointed in the way we were treated by the female receptionist who lacked all empathy and compassion during our time of need. Does not even deserve on... read more
I can’t thank them enough! I had an emergency with my kinkajou and they welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Keiser was thorough, included me in decisions, and I truly felt my animal’s well-being was at heart. It’s a comfort to know they are willing to help me moving forward with my kinkajous. So blessed to find them!
PEC has always been a life saver for my pets when my vet was closed. They are honest and fair priced. Highly recommend to all pet owners.
My husband and I brought in a severely injured stray cat this morning which had to be put down. The staff was very compassionate and grateful to us for bringing him in.
