I think you should just close your doors since you don't know how to treat animals and their families. Your nothing more than money hungry in humane cold hearted people! I'm sure if someone talked to you guys and treated your pets like crap you would be just as upset and frustrated! I can't believe the down right disrespect you showed to my dear friends and their pet tonight! You should be ashamed! I feel bad for your kids if any of you have any!
I don't even want to leave 1 star but had to just to write a review... How can you turn away a sick pet which to our friends is their fur baby. You people are supposed to care and love animals. It's not like they were asking for free treatment!!! I hope you don't have animals at home because it's disgusting how your treat them in your work place!!! Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!!!
Rude, uncaring, don't know how to talk to people. When someone comes in with their pet/child who is sick, you don't say what they did ... If you don't pay $1000+, we won't great your animal, and if you do pay, he will probably DIE anyway! How can anyone be that heartless?! We went to the office on east cypress creek road. If you care about your pet, I'd advise you to go somewhere else.
took my cat to emergency sunday morning,hes not breathing good,the doctor had no compassion for my feelings about situation,i paid 335.00 for blood work,has nothing to do with his problem,took him to cats exclusive this morning,they are giving good care,the doc says HE CANT BELIEVE emergency care didnt do anything for him, my name is joe pincus my cats name is lil kitty,,,
This place was amazing. The staff compassionate and loving. I took my hamster in and they were top notch! Kind, caring and very fair priced. I know it's a hamster but they still treated us with dignity!!! ;) While I was there, a man brought his dog and he was suffering from what they found out was heat stroke. They hustled and got that dog in the room and took care of him immediately.
Been here twice. The care and compassion they show your pets is what you would get from your regular vet. That is why I will keep coming back if I have any more emergencies.
They were there for my Tortoise on the 4th of July. I called that morning, brought him that afternoon. The Dr. Was gentle and kind. Sheldon was in a great deal of pain and the Dr. Was sympathetic and helped as best he could given the situation. They don't specialize in reptiles, but treated him in his emergent situation and referred us to someone close by that would be able to treat him.
