Absolutely WORST experience I have ever had at any veterinary office. I would think they were going to be sympathetic due to me having to put my dog down that’s been in my family for 14 years. All they seemed to care about was their money. They mentioned payment 3 times in the 20 minutes that we first got there. It was completely unprofessional and heartless. So it happened. One of my furbabies was having some issues. Considering she's almost ten and has cerebellar hypoplasia I try not to stress her out as much as possible. Can I just say the techs and Vet were just amazing!!! LOVE FEAR FREE and love that I found my forever Pet doctors. Special thanks to Kristin, Dr. Modesto and Bre. Chantel is without a doubt the best groomer we have ever had! Boomer looks so handsome, all 140 pounds of him, see you in two weeks!
I took my young kitten in, however, too late on my part. The people who worked there were very kind and understood my feelings. They took care of my Samantha with great gentleness and respect. I would use them again as my vet if and when I get another pet.
