The only issue I have with this hospital is that they never answer the phone anymore. It has become almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. In the past, there was always someone available to answer calls, but now you can leave a message and never receive a callback. I don’t understand how patients are supposed to schedule appointments when communication is so difficult. I know there has been a change in management, but they are really falling short in this area. Quick, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Friendly staff that cares about their clients. Edit. 5.20.2020 Pet Doctors are doing a really good job during a very difficult time. Even doing visits without face to face time with the vet I was able to have all my concerns heard and questions answered. Been taking all my babies there for many years and will continue to do so.... Staff is knowledgeable and very professional.
I was so thankful that the office was able to schedule us a same day appointment so our puppy could be seen. The staff if very kind and accommodating. You can tell they love what they do!
