Don’t even consider this place if you’re looking for compassionate pet care! They only care about milking you for all they can. I took my cat yesterday and they gave me an itemized treatment plan which wasn’t cheap so I asked if I could bring him in the next day so we can go ahead and start with his treatment. They assured me I could come back as soon as I had the funds and my husband returned this morning at 430am and he was told we would need to see ANOTHER doctor who added to the plan and now they wanted to charge more. I brought my dog to this facility in the middle of the night on Feb 23,2023. She had gotten into the trash and there was some discarded medicine in with the trash. They came highly recommended. I gave them my concerns about the meds and that is what they focused on. I told them that her screaming and wretching in pain in out of character for her. Terrible skills. Paid nearly $600 to stitch up a whippets skin that tore on a fence pole. The Vet left no room for seepage so the wound collected fluid. Charged me $300 to drain the fluid that collected due to his own incompetence.

Poor service, if you've a sick and elderly pet be prepared for them to treat you like a major inconvenience at the end. The lack of training and compassion correlates with the level of inexperience at the top of the practice.
