Killed my dog. Went in for a cracked tooth. But THEY decided it wasn't cracked WITHOUT X-rays. Thee days later, after a conversation and apology, we returned because my dog was still in pain. This time the tooth was removed. When i pick up my dog he refused to jump in the car and exhibited pain. Probably a good clinic if you want simple vaccinations and check ups for a healthy dog, but if you have a pet that is sick, old or in trouble which needs smart, professional help, DO NOT GO TO PET DOCTORS!!! They hire kids right out of vet school. It's like a puppy mill vet clinic. As an pet owner, you are responsible to get the best care, so please avoid this place at all costs!!! RIP Rox. . After failed attempts to get the Vet to see us on a next day for follow up with over 105 fever and repeated attempt to get visit notes and test results. we did find an ER hosp to see him but to this day never got notes on visit or test results which would have made each visit more productive for ROX. instead of the suffering. he went through the last few weeks of his life.
