I believe thier is always room for improvement in any business. Yes the staff are very friendly but need to inform the client of charges and costs of prescriptions before "ringing you up". My pet had her nails trimmed....$13.50... a good price. An assistant took a quick look at my dogs eye because her eye lid/duct was swollen. She suggested neomycin....ok no problem. Dr Overman is by far the best vet around! She is affordable caring and compassionate! Would not take my animals anywhere else🐾❤️
