To address the negative remark you posted I have to say the following. You indeed had an appointment at 12:45. At 1:00 PM you called the office from outside screaming and cursing at the receptionist who answered your call. I know this because I was standing next to her and heard her tell you not to speak to her in that fashion. Brought my cat in for the first time there. They were great. Very helpful and explained everything.
I have never met a veterinarian like Dr. John Mucera...not just experienced but the kind of vet that restores your faith in humanity. I promise that anyone who brings their pets to him will realize their fur babies are treated with not only knowledge and experience, but love and compassion as well....and that goes for the pet parents as well. I would give him ten stars if I could. Dr. Benson was also wonderful and the staff here are kind and compassionate as well.
I absolutely recommend The Pet Doctor's. They are the most caring and compassionate doctor's and staff I know. They treat you and your pet like family. Thank you Dr. Benson and Dr. John for taking care of my little girl... and thank you to JoAnna, Jean and Sue for all your help with everything.

This place rocks! I've been taking my dog here since I adopted him and I've never even thought of taking him anywhere else. Everyone here is very compassionate, caring and capable! The only place I trust with my sweet fur baby's health!
I came here to pick up a kitty that was rescued and they were very polite and helpful in caring for kitty and letting me take kitty home
