My two Poodles are groomed by Jamie at Pet Depot. One has an allergy and always had sores on face after haircut. Since Jamie has been grooming my babies, no sores. She is so sweet every time I go in and I am very pleased with haircuts.
Jamie is a great groomer and has always been professional when explain the process and understanding what was wanted. She has handled the dogs well and they seem to understand her.
I was in the Athens store on the 2nd and checking . Another dog came into the store and my dog went up to it and started barking. The groomer Jamie came running out of her area and grabbed the leash out of my hand. And swung my Lady through the air and she hit the wall. I have complained to manager t and notified my attorneys.
I dropped my dogs off at 915 in the morning to get groomed. There telling me it won't be till 6pm till my dogs will be ready. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be seeking elsewhere to get my dogs groomed. I've never had issues with them before until now. Absolutely upset about it all!
I was at the Athens location of pet depot today getting some treats for my babies, and while I was in line to pay I was watching the "groomer" trimming a fur baby. This "person" was very upset with the dog and was very forceful with the dog. She was pushing and was yelling. I said something to the staff in the store. My exact words were, "you may want to talk to your groomer about being rough with the dogs."
