RecommendedThis location has had a new groomer since July 2020! She is professional, great with dogs and NICE! Her name is Bri! We highly recommend her!
Thanks to the all the girls at Pet Depot being a HUGE help to me, having all the items at the front desk so I could run in fast and leave! Having little ones can be a challenge during the pandemic but they were so gracious and kind to have everything at the front ready for me! The Groomers are wonderful as well! We have taken our Newfoundland/Lab mix there and they work exceptionally! Always so nice and knowledgeable!! 5 STARS Athens, Alabama PET DEPOT ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

I called the Pet Depot groomer at 2:24 pm today and left a message for them to call me back. They called me back at 3:31, I understand they are busy so not a problem but when I answered the phone they just hung up on me! I called back and left another message for them to please call me back. After 45 minutes I called the main store to tell them what happened and let them know I was not happy. The sales associate Casey acted like she didn’t believe me or I was lying. Took our dog for a nail trim today and was told a 30 minute wait which was no problem but the gentleman ahead of us was there to pick his dog up he had dropped off at 8:00am for a groom. This was 3:30 this afternoon pet still not done and they wanted to argue with the owner about him picking his pet up. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything. Very disgusting
My dog loves going to Pet Depot for his bath. The groomer, Jamie, is great with my dog who can be very temperamental. He gets so excited to see her. I love that they treat my pet like their own.
Employees are very helpful.
I brought my dog in for grooming and am so happy with results. They have done a great job and I will definitely be bringing him back.
