Very positive, child friendly environment.
Upstate Pediatrics is awesome!!! As a mother of a very "Strong Willed Child" I knew I needed a dentist with excellent skill and knowledge for children. He was great and so was JoAnne. Of course the morning of our first visit we had a power struggle and we were running about 10 minutes late. Dr Jones office staff called to make sure we were alright, from that moment I knew they were going to be our new extended family! Dr. Brian and his staff were great with our 3.5 yr old son. They made him very comfortable and treated him like he was their one and only patient on the planet. Very patient team! He didn't want to leave once the appointment was over!
