We were once again blessed by UPD's sweet, kind, professional care that shows love and respect for their pint-sized patients! When I asked my 5-year-old daughter about the best thing that happened today, her answer was "Visiting the dentist!"
You guys are WONDERFUL! Our experience WAS EXCELLENT! Everyone was very caring, helpful, and kind to my daughter and myself and helped her through a difficult experience. Dr. Bryan and his staff are always very friendly and professional. They try to relate to the child and help them feel more comfortable about a trip to the dentist. Bailey (3) always leaves her appointments saying, 'Dr. Bryan is so nice!', and talks about the appointment for days afterward.
I was so relieved to have my 3 year old have such a calm, pleasant experience at the dentist, since the previous practice we went to left him in hysterics and tears at the end of each visit. He really had a good time and I'm now confident we can move toward making dentist appointments positive things instead of something to fear. Thank you so much! We had an excellent experience today for our cleaning!! I love how calm and understanding Dr. Brian is with Kaylie (and he is so knowledgable about the changes in the AAP recommendations). She doesn't do well with strong personalities, so this is a perfect fit for her. Growing up with a bad dentist experience myself, it's really important to me that she enjoys going to the dentist. I'm impressed you can get a 2 1/2 year old to enjoy going to the dentist! You guys are all awesome!!
The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Brian is excellent
