We are always pleased with our visits to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. This visit we had to have 2 fillings. It went very smoothly and my son felt very safe and comfortable with Dr. Jones and his staff. Great job!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Once we were in the office my daughter loved that she was able to use the cleaning tool along with the hygienist. They did everything possible to make sure she was comfortable. That made the visit awesome for both of us!

6/21/11 This was our first visit to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment you walked in the front door you felt welcomed. The staff at the front desk had a smile on their face and introduced themselves. My son loved the fact they had a play area. The dental assistant and dentist both informed us of what they were going to do before doing it and also let my son touch the equipment. Very professional and caring staff. I would definately recommend.

My 7 year old son has a high level of anxiety. Dr. Brian is wonderful at keeping things as calm and as comforting as possible. My son did super when having a tooth removed and it was all because the staff was so caring.

The UPD atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Dr. Brian and his staff did everything to make sure my child was comfortable during his visit. Staff answered my questions and were very knowledgable.

When it comes to a three year old, nothing is easy...especially a trip to the dentist! However, Dr. Brian and everyone in his office made it as easy as possible. They were patient and kind during our visit and made us very comfortable at every point in the process. I recommend UPD to anyone, but especially those with little ones!

I cannot thank Dr. Jones and the entire staff enough for the exceptional service that was provided to my son, Parker. You all are absolutely amazing and made Parker and myself feel as ease.
