Dr. Elanjian is a very nice Dr. But the Wait time in the waiting room is usually over a Three Hour wait because he chats too much, And He and or his staff do not know how to submit paper work. I have to wait Six Months to receive a prescription that was wrong, I begged him for 14 Months to send me for a Mri and he said that he could fix me but I never got better, Finally after 14 Months he said ok to my Mri request, They sent the paperwork the night before my Mri and the hospital and insurance need to receive it weeks ahead ... read more

Everyone at this office is so nice and accommodating. Dr. Achmar is so nice and one of the only doctors I have experienced that I don't cringe talking to and listened to my concerns and explained everything so well, unfortunately because of an insurance mix up I won't be going back but thankfully Dr. Achmar and her office were very understanding after the visit and were able to help me out with billing. Truly a great office staff and great doctor.

Called to confirm if they were open on MLK Day. The auto message said they are walk in clinic. No info about MLK Day closure. When clicked on options, 1, 2, 3... to try to get more info or reach a person, it kept repeating the main message for EVERY option. I figured they're open or would leave some kind of a notification. Nope...got there and they were closed. Wasted time and effort and my day off in frigid, severe winter alert weather. Extremely unprofessional messaging, or the lack thereof.

After accompanying my minor grand-daughter to this facility for out patient surgery, I am convinced this is not a hospital I hope any of my family ever has to experience again. The recovery room staff were not responsive to either my daughter or her child regarding the service/outcome of the procedure, including refusing to give us a standard school release note to document her absence. My grand-daughter was told we could not come back to be with her until she was awake. How could she ask for us if she was not awake? Sh... read more

I have been going to Michigan Heart Group since 2001 Dr. Almany was my Dr. Since his passing I have had Dr. Renard I was skeptical at first but now I trust him wholly with my life. He listens takes you seriously gets in front of the problem before it happens. He genuinely cares. Takes as much time as you need. On a scale from 1 to 10 he gets a 10 from me.

nopeee, not a good office at all! They push you to see the PA at all times even after needing to see your actual doctor for post op. I literally was told after surgery to set appointment with the doctor. Beware that anytime you need to see the Doctor himself you have to wait about 3 months. Stay away from this office if you care about your health. Too busy and they don't leave open spots for urgent appointments at all!
