They're always kind and helpful
Everyone from the front desk to the staff and techs were very kind and professional. They explained the procedure very well and everything went smooth. Highly recommend them if you ever need this done.
After the scan, my MO at UTSouthwestern requested copies of the disk. I had copies made twice, and UT made a call and requested them also..I had to fly to Texas for a scan because they only received images of the pelvis, which were essentially useless.. So, besides the additional bill I received from you people , I had to spend 1400 bucks on airfare and a hotel to get a repeat scan for Dx.
I couldn’t ask for a more caring and professional staff. All was explained to me, all of my questions were answered, and all my fears were allayed. Thanks again
It’s so unfair and unfortunately that the patients arrive on time and we are treated like our time does not matter! My appointment was at 7:15 and 45 minutes later, I’m still waiting. Disappointed to say the least!
