I forgot the other staff were nice as well. They all stayed busy but willing to help. The only thing I didn't care for was all the puppies weren't going to good home like my GENIE.

I went to Bammel location several times debating on getting a puppy. The staff was very attentive and ready to assist. Alonzo was a Great help when finally deciding on a Shih tzu puppy. Alonzo was a pleasure he kept a smile and explained everything about the puppy and paperwork clearly. Even though I had lots of questions Alonzo attitude never changed. He seemed to be just as happy as I was bringing her home.

Stay away from Pet City Houston. They misrepresented a puppy breed. With DNA test in hand the manager Jason said he doesn’t trust dna test. They refused to correct this matter. They refused to let me speak with breeder Debbie Graham. Stay away.

Purchased our Corgi in March 2021, great dog, healthy and very playful. The cost was near half of what others were charging.

Apparently my review was just deleted by the owner so I’ll post it again. Do not buy a dog from here. I repeat, do not buy a dog from here. I purchased a dog from here on February 3, 2021 for $3500.00 cash, no financing. I’m sad to report that our dog passed away last night February 13,2021. The dog started exhibiting a hacking cough on February 7, 2021- just 4 days after purchasing. Per city sold us a sick dog , my personal feeling is they it from puppy mills , after thousands of dollars in vet bills out dog died of a seizure at 4 years old , she had so many issues that I stayed to wonder if she came from a puppy mill , I looked on Yelp and dad the horrible horrible reviews , I called the owner and he was pretty much a jerk , I hope others don’t go through this same situation , but from a reputable pet store

Very knowledgeable staff. Especially Maria and Lyric.. They're extremely helpful! Helped me fit my two puppies for harnesses and pick out colors for them aswell. They only provide selections for dogs and cats here i believe. If you need a leash for a rabbit or parrot, or some great food and treat options they got you.

We started off looking at the AKC Frenchies then noticed the AKC English Bulldogs but ended up with a calm loving AKC Husky. Being AKC means a lot to us and even though the frenchies and enlgish bull dogs were super dooper adorable the husky kept eyeing us. The staff was able to answer all of our questions because we are new dog owners and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting into.
