Brought my cat for a haircut, left for five and a half hours and was called and told they only had time for a shampoo. Came back the next day and dropped him off again. Picked him up and was told he was very unhappy and the haircut wasn’t compete because he wasn’t having it. Then charged me extra because he was difficult. $170 and two probably traumatizing experiences for him later and I have half a haircut that I now I have to pay someone else to fix. Won’t be back.
