Very disappointed in what I seen today. The green bird at the front window had no water...This is bad. NO ANIMAL SHE BE WITHOUT food or water. Doesn't matter if your the only person or not.
I shop a pet central 2 or 3 times a month for my salt water supplys/fish/food. ((45min drive)) This place is very Welcoming, I take my hole family every time I go. The owner has helped me out when issues have came up never had a problem with him or anyone in he store � the people that Give shitty Reviews need to go to petco�� P.s my purple tang is doing great thank you.
Place is outstanding it's refreshing to step into a clean and friendly environment and talk to knowledgable staff. The animals they offer are all gorgeous and healthy and in good spirits as well as having good temperaments. I for one will be making many more return visits to the store. Keep up the good work guys be seeing you around.
Multiple times I have ordered and paid for a specific fish or plant to be delivered. They're supposed to call you and guess what, they NEVER do. I tried ordering a plant once and I ended up NEVER getting it, they sold it to a random customer and the employees started playing the blame game with each other. Owner shows no appreciation for customers. Only cares for your money I can promise you that. I haven't received so many items that I have ordered. Not coming back again. No customer service what so ever.
Apparently Austin has no appreciation for return customers. I have spent thousands in his store. In the past I have used some of his buckets to transport water to my home and have always returned his buckets. Now all of a sudden we are having to buy the buckets because some people don't bring them back. If he is willing to lose a long time customer over a three dollar bucket. I've been a customer from day one. Austin the owner as well as his employees go above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. Hands down the best source in Bowling Green and all connected counties to meet your pet care needs. They offer everything from fish to lizards to snakes and much more. The also have feeding and care supplies. One stop shopping. You do business with them once and you'll be sold on them for life.
Horrible pet store! Very dirty. Smells. Cages haven't been cleaned. Animals don't have food. Also, when getting my kitten, we were told he had been given first rounds and multiple dewormers, neither of which were true. Nice staff, but I wish the owners would fix up the store.
