I go to a lot of fish stores but pet central stands out and is one of my favorite because they don’t always tell you what they think you want to hear just to get a sale. If they don’t recommend something they will tell you that, and as a saltwater hobbyist who has recently gotten back into the hobby this is very appreciated, as it’s easy to just buy everything you want, but it isn’t always a great idea. Austin has always given be great advice on any questions and concerns I’ve had.
The Staff is always so helpful and friendly!!!! I went today to get a betta they are so pretty and much healthier than petco or PetSmart. They have so many other creatures as well from reptiles to birds to hermit Crabs and much more!!!! Definitely my first stop for any pet needs ❤ thank you Pet Central staff :)

Pet Central has been extremely communicative with the customer, as well as the veterinarian, repeated times in diagnosing the issues. The customer's wife, yesterday, spoke on the phone with the owner and said, "I have probably talked with everyone on your staff but I have a few more questions for you" who then had a lengthy diagnostic and productive conversation with the customer - indicating "nor did the manager care to talk to us." is false. Great staff helpful and knowledgeable
On Monday My husband and I walked in around 11:30 and left at around noon. There were 2-3 employees and and 1 maybe 2 other customers when we walked in. We went in and walked around. The other customers walked out and NOBODY came up and acknowledged us. We walked right up to the front and they just looked at us. They never said hi or anything. My husband bought my Christmas gift here this year and I was thrilled to get a crested gecko 🦎 (sticky) is awesome and has quickly become part of the family. My husband “I can’t believe I bought a lizard” (hasn’t put him down and ask about him every 5 minutes) My in-laws said awe a new grand gecko lol. Special thanks to Cody and the other workers there they are very knowledgeable and love animals and it shows!
I get all my animals needs there and they have great customer service.
