I have been bringing my senior dog in for the last few months and the staff has always been great, very friendly and knowledgable. I'm happy to say her health is much improved since going here.
Do not take your pets here. They are very unprofessional and the customer service is out of line. Do not give them your credit/debit card information. They will charge you for appointments you never knew you had. Then when you confront them they will say it was a miscommunication but won’t refund your money. I should of listened to my relatives friend, they warned me about them but I was limited to the vets here in Kuna. They killed her pet. Lesson learned. The staff is so kind and simply amazing. I had to say goodbye to my best friend, and they were so patient and compassionate the entire time. They did not rush me when I needed to say my goodbye, the one nurse even started to cry herself. I received a sympathy card from them today that included my dogs paw print...I cried at not only the memory, but the effort and generosity by them. Thank you all for being so wonderful during such a hard time for our family! ❤
Great staff and excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for better care for my beloved critters.
I have been taking my fur baby here since 2013. They have a dedicated and caring staff, which is amazing because my cat is mean and hostile! Lol. They always call to follow up and check on her after. We added a dog this year and will take him here now too! Would highly recommend!
