My mixed Terrier, Ozzy, broke his leg jumping off the back of the couch when he was about 5 months old. My previous vet from Lake Wales advised me to contact Dr. Greer after a terrible experience with one here in Orlando. It was a long process, but well worth it as his leg is very strong. And this was without surgery, which would have cost me a bundle. Dr Kent Greer and his team of veterinary professionals are one of a kind. I wouldn't think about taking my fur babies anywhere else!
I have never encountered a more caring , compassionate , amazing, generous staff . From the receptionists to the veterinarians there is such a real genuine passion for pets. Annie Greer , Dr.Greer, and Syms took such an interest in my dog who needed ALC surgery. I also was having financial difficulties. That was not their priority, what was my dogs well being. I will be forever grateful to them . Thank you for everything. I highly recommend them. True angels!
I've only had positive experiences with all three of the facilities! The doctors are very knowledgable and the staff is always working hard to make sure your pet gets the highest quality care. Not to mention they have incredible success with their alternative medicinal technologies!
Very unprofessional!! We boarded our 3 year old Labrador for 4 days and when he came home he wouldn't eat and he was acting different. We took him back there to have him checked and they charged us hundreds of dollars to tell us he had infection on his leg. He had seen his regular vet right before going to them and had nothing wrong with him. The owner was more interested in debating me on whether or not he had the infection while he was there. She is condescending and rude.
For 12 years my Golden Retriever, Bailey, has had excellent care at River Oaks Animal Hospital. Everyone there has been wonderful. They are truly sensitive and attentive to all of your pets needs. What a great place!
Excellent animal hospital and an outstanding staff. I've been taking my dog here for years. The staff is always very helpful and Dr. Greer is incredibly knowledgeable. He has performed surgery and done laser therapy on my dog with excellent results. 5 Stars!
I have been in the industry for years and was visiting the area and need a place to day board my dogs for a few days. The staff was very nice and the front desk was exceptional! I visited the River Oaks Location
