Overcharged me on prescription which was only for 18 tablets and said they don’t have to be competitive. I told them I was bringing back meds because they too expensive and to write me a prescription for Chewy, I was told Dr. was not going to write me a prescription, I screamed in horror that it was the dog that would suffer. Then they hung up on me, I called back and they walked that statement back about the prescription. What a wake up call.
Father needs to retire he stresses out too easily. Business isn't what it used to be or maybe it wasnt what I thought it was to begin with. Most times it smells bad when you walk into the building because of an animal that had died. My dog died at this clinic, he died after them taking the the oxygen tube off of him, I was told he would have it on him in his kennel. if i could leave 0 stars, i would. our very sick cat was taken here due to bright orange urine, lethargy & not eating. doctors did many tests & told us it was mycoplasma. was advised to take her home & give her doxycycline. first off, they kept pushing rabies on us which we understand is a necessity but due to the poor health of our cat we refused it twice, asking if she was even stable enough for it. secondly, our cat was so lethargic that she could not stand so she laid flat on the floor the entire time. not once was she k... read more
