My cat had to have surgery to remove a mass, Dr. Jon was very caring, thoughtful and helpful. The entire staff was! I’m so grateful they saved her!

A few weeks ago, I went with a family friend to take their dog in. I noticed while I was there that two of the techs were rude and hostile towards other techs. They were ignoring other techs, being impolite and unprofessional. As a former tech, this is an extremely common issue but causes a major hostile environment.
