Personally, I do not like to post negative reviews!!! However, this lady(Kelly)needs to have her business SHUT DOWN! My mother tock her Yorke to her for a “puppy cut”... The woman that owns Pet Botique cut him so short that his skin is torn, ripped, and the vet said “THIS IS A BACTERIAL-INFECTION!!!!” What in the HELL did this woman do to my mothers dog??? What would you do if you took your dog to a groomer reccomended by alot of people. You show her the picture of your dog still wearing his scarf from your former groomer on how to cut your dogs hair. When you go back to pick your dog up she said "I might have cut it to short. I was in shock. My dog hardly had any hair even on his ears. I got him home his stomach is scalded from being shaved so close. I started putting coconut oil on him. And nothing helped. My dog has sores all over him. This happened December 21st. They have been grooming Star for a year and Reecee for about 5 months. They are super nice and do an awesome job ! My babies love em.
I have been taking my little Maltipoo to Kelly for the past 5 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. She does an awesome job. If you don't have a groomer defiantly give Kelly a call.
Kelly has been grooming all of my dogs for 10+ years and I've never had a problem. Kelly is a great gal and always does a superb job. She is always dependable, punctual, and very friendly and informative. GO KELLY!
