Never again will I take my dog here what they did to her poor nails is beyond sad and left my back seat with bloody streaks there was no care no compassion just came around the counter and started hacking away at my dogs nails didn’t ask my name didn’t ask my dogs name a few she cut way to short and cut way past where they should have causing her to bleed and yelp and it was beyond dirty in there. They used to be pretty good, but the owner hasn't been able to be in the shop much and it has gone down hill. When the owner is there it is good, when she isn't it is BAD. We had been going there for 4 years. Sept. 2018 was last time I had my dogs there and we won't be back. They came home VERY traumatized.
I have been taking my dogs to this place for years, not sure if it is being managed by someone new or what is going on. Called to request the last person who gave my Pom her haircut because she did a really great job. I wanted that person because the two before were not so great. I was told “we are an assembly line so you can’t request a groomer”. I will never take my dogs back!
We always take our dog Quincy to this grooming place and we have never had issues. The staff is really nice and professional. They have their own perspective on dog looks based on breeds, but that is pretty standard. In my experience, communicating clearly your expectations will solve the problem.
This place is terrific!!! Great,fast service. Best cut my dog has ever had!! And they did it in half the time others did!!!!
I highly recommend them to everyone! I took my cat into them today after they fit me in at the last minute. He needed a bath and to be completely shaved. They finished everything in roughly 30 minutes and he looks so good. I love that they also let me stay with him and help keep him calm. They are so incredibly friendly also. I will definitely continue to go to them
