Apparently you can't trust that what you receive from this company is actually your pet. A terrible thing to do to grieving pet owners. Eric Jacobs, Nomadic Fanatic on YouTube exposed their fraud when the inked paw print he paid to have of his beloved Jax was definitely NOT Jax's print. The print he received was clearly a generic paw print, not a print of either of Jax's polydactyl front paws. Very disappointed with how you treated Eric Jacops cat Jax the famous YouTube cat by sending a paw print he specifically asked to be made of Jaxes front paw. I've been following Jax for years and I know that he had extra toes. That definitely wasn't Jax paw! This Man has been through a lot of pain loosing Jax and this is how he gets treated by company that says they are built on TRUST? I will make sure my beloved babies are never intrusted with you and anyone else I know!

RecommendedToday I received my little Madison's ashes. I was not expecting such a nice package, with a plaster impression of her paw print, a little bag of her fur, wildflower seeds to plant in her memory, a certificate, and even an "Understanding Your Feelings" booklet. The cedar box smells beautiful, too. Pet Angel Memorial Center did a truly wonderful job with honoring the 18 years I was blessed to share with my little dog. ♡ THANK YOU.

we have had to unfortunately use them 4 times in the past year and a half. they are so compassionate and understanding. we will never use anyone else
We received our cat's ashes back within a just a few days (we are in Kentucky). I was surprised to see they also sent a paw print and included a lovely pamphlet with helpful information. Never thought I would write a review for a pet cremation service, but they obviously put thought and care into their work. Our pets are our family and we appreciated the kindness.
