Complete waste of time. I sat there waiting nearly 30 minutes past my appt time, and when she did bring me back she just sat on the floor playing with her dog, talking and trying to sell me product. She did nothing with my dog. I called the next morning to cancel my appt for the following week but they said that I already made the commitment and they will not refund me for next week. RecommendedWe love Pet-Agree. We got our Baylee at 6 months of age (we are her fourth owner including the breeder) so she needed a little work. We did a few private lessons along with 5 weeks of group lessons and the change in Baylee is amazing. We have have also had her nails trimmed and sani groom as well. Baylee is always excited to go in. The staff is so great and friendly.

My boy can be a little rambunctious sometimes but the staff handle him well. They are always very welcoming and seem happy to see him when he comes in. He comes out looking handsome and smelling so good. They do a great job with his toenails as well. Definitely recommend!

I AT ONE TIME HAD THREE FURR BABIES AND EVEN THOUGH ONE WAS MUCH OLDER, THEY GAVE HER THE SPECIAL CARE SHE WOULD NEED. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED TO TALK TO Alicen Ingle SHE TOOK 45 MINUTES TO TALK WITH ME BEFORE I MADE THE DECISION TO TAKE MY GIRLS THERE. AND MANY YEARS LATER, IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR MY GIRLS!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITH A 5+ STAR AND MORE!!
They are great with Emma. She is sometimes hard to do but they seem to work with her.
The staff at Petagree are so caring for my aging dog Roxanne. Thank you all for your kindness. I highly recommend their grooming and boarding services.

We had a customer with Rainbow International Restoration of Jasper who needed to board their two dogs for a half day while we were completing some work in their home.
