This lady cut my dog’s fur WAY too short. She looks so skinny now and it’s nearly winter. My mom showed the lady how much she wanted cut off and the lady completely ignored her request and cut practically all of her fur off.
They made my dog’s hair so short. It was absolutely not what we requested and made her look like a MUTT.
