In the years we had services, which were forced and in place by their partner, *******, I rarely saw a technician on my property. Id have to call to request in-home assessments and put out the bug traps theyd mail to me and never place nor collect. This company bills you before the service is performed. In the fall of 2020, I received their invoice for services that was never performed. Then in January of 2021 they emailed me telling me I was past due and must pay. I called them explaining the service was never performed, so then they told me I didn’t need to pay.
