Had several bees in the house and needed a second treatment. The nest was somewhere in the house, and obviously very large. Treatment was done outside where they flew in and out. The pictures show only a handful of bees I handled, there was hundreds and I was stung on two occasions. Jermaine is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Shout-out to Chris McKeon, who came out on short notice to deal with some wasps that had gotten into the wall on the second floor (and who were starting to also set up shop in another area). He took the time to think everything over, and even helped find a hiding cat so we could get it out of the room before beginning treatment. Great fellow, great service.
Shawn was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job! She rang my doorbell when she got here to discuss the job and then again to let me know when she was done. I also liked the email, text and phone call reminders of my scheduled service appointment, I highly recommend!
Patrick was fantastic! He was able to help rid me of ground yellow jackets in less than 15 minutes. His knowledge of the yellow jackets behaviors was impressive! I think he’s an aggressive bee whisperer. I’m so grateful and would recommend Pest Masters to anyone who has a pest problem.
This was the second time Chris came out to deal with pests. The first was for beetles and today’s visit was for wasps and other stinging insects. Both times Chris was outstandingly professional, friendly and hardworking. He’s knowledgeable and does an excellent job. Happy to have him back next time a need arises, which based on the amount of insect activity in the wooded area surrounding my property, may not be too far in the future.
