Always very professional and attentive. Easy to work with both the office people and technicians that come out to the house.
Today Scott and his team were at our building here in Portland, and they had to tackle quite a few units! They did an awesome job; unlike Orkin, they knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly. He and his team were very professional, and I would recommend them 100%.

We have used PestLock twice and have been delighted both times. Rome came to help with the issue of a rat wondering in the kitchen early one morning. He listened and searched the area inside and out. As a precaution he put some bait in the crawl space and recommended a 6 month recheck. No pressure, just a wonderful company to do business with and I'm sure we will use them once again.
