As always, Scott and company performed a stellar (5*) service. Their business practices are honest, fair, up front and extremely reasonable. As far as their services, they know I am a very happy customer with a previous infestation having been eradicated and controlled. We have used PestLock twice and have been delighted both times. Rome came to help with the issue of a rat wondering in the kitchen early one morning. He listened and searched the area inside and out. As a precaution he put some bait in the crawl space and recommended a 6 month recheck. No pressure, just a wonderful company to do business with and I'm sure we will use them once again.
Scott performed an inside/outside Inspection for rodents; He was very informative and made some great suggestions for maintaining a clean and healthy environment with a maintenance program.
Rome with Pestlock was very friendly and thoroughly explained their services. When we had agreed to go with his company he proceeded to treat our place and said if we had any questions or concerns to let him know. No pressure.
