Made things incredibly easy, in 2026 this is how it should work. All correspondence done via email (my request), had a tech onsite within an hour of reaching out, service completed within 2 hours of me first contacting them, highly recommended.

Pest Lock is a fine company. They communicate well, they show up on time, and are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Our technician, Rome, was very professional and pleasant to talk to.
Pestlock has been great helping us deal with a squirrel problem in our attic! They trimmed a bush for us in order to access a difficult to reach spot on the roofline as well as put exclusion screens back in place after our roofers removed them. Both the technicians and people working in the office have been pleasant and responsive.
