Strange policies and business plan. I have rotting wood that they didn’t replace and they didn’t think warranted replacement. Valaria has great customer service over email communication and phone, but the technicians that arrived on site were rude, messy, unresponsive, and clearly don’t know what they are doing. Look at the video of their most recent work and tell me that is “good to go”.
