We had a very large infestation of earwigs and Jay was wonderful in working with us to get rid of them. He was very good at keeping in touch and following up.
Pestgon has been very responsive when we have an ant problem mid summer. Other than that, I cannot recommend this company which has changed their approach over the last several years. Our treatment plan is supposed to cover perimeter of building, walks/ entryways, common areas and “other” but our tech only sprays areas around doors and didn’t even circle the entire building on last visit, missing the entire east side of home, which does have a door.
