My experience so far with this company is that the technicians have been very friendly and professional. They showed up the first month and treated my lawn. Everything went great. Month 2, they were supposed to do an in home treatment. No one came. No one called on the date they scheduled with me. I called 2 days later to see what happened and was told they weren't sure what happened. I want to see if this happens consistently or if that was a 1 time occurrence. Right now, I'm not too sure. Amazing service. The day after they offered their services guys came out the very next day and treated our lawn and got my weeds under control.
I've been using pet spirit for the last 19 years and they've never let me down. Their service on the phone is excellent and their technicians come out spray around the outside of my home and create a barrier is it I just don't have cockroaches or bugs. I just rented a house and the garage was infested with cockroaches in 4 days they'd been eliminated. The owner of the home I'm renting had it sprayed 3 weeks before didn't do any good at all.
