I have never written a review like this in my life but this is affecting my personal health and well being. If there was any way to leave 0 stars I would, the way I have experienced complete ignorance is completely unacceptable. I went to this office one single time and was terminated as a patient. Something many practicing physicians in healthcare have never heard of in there decades of practice. Apparently it is not “my discretion to be notified of why I was terminated as a patient”. The appointment date and time were changed twice, and the front desk girl entered my email incorrectly, causing a delay in receiving the necessary paperwork. Even after submitting the paperwork online, the office couldn't locate it and requested that I fill it out again at the time of the appointment. While in the process of doing so, I was informed that the doctor couldn't see me due to the paperwork not being completed in time, and I was asked to reschedule. When my company insurance changed provider my primary care doctor was no longer in the network. I was devastated and needed to find a new Primary Care doctor!
